We have had Ranger, our Rival 38 C, for just under 3 years now. It is believed that only around 5 Centre Cockpit models of the Rival 38  were ever built. The massive task of bringing her back up to scratch is still ongoing , although the remainder of the work left to do is mostly of the cosmetic sort.

Unlike most fellow Rival Owners who take their boats merrily around the world for years on end, we sail more close to home and get every bit as much enjoyment voyaging to France, the Channel Islands and around the East Coast Rivers where she is kept.
